Good morning Jesus,
Lord, help us to see you in the dark places. Move the mountains and touch lives. Help us to keep our eyes on you and your promises and not on the waters roaring, rising and threatening. Father move in ways that are beyond our thinking, beyond our comprehension. Show us what to do, teach us, guide us...Astound us!
Help us to forgive when others fail us. Help us to pray for our enemies, help us to see the motives behind things and to stand for all that's good and right and true. Help us to do it to please you. Help us to move out of the hurt and the pain - in YOUR power. Help us to surrender it all to you. Cause us to be courageous and bold, loving and kind in and through it all. Show us...meet us in this place, touch us, embrace us, reveal yourself to us...I surrender to your love, I surrender to your grace, I surrender to the ONE who took my place. Thank you for being here in this place!
